Public Transport

A FREE Shuttle Bus links the Railway Station with the City Centre, running approximately every 10 minutes.

If the meet ends up heading out to Chester Zoo, it's possible to get a combined rail, bus and admission ticket. As of June 2010, this is an inclusive fare of £18.50 from anywhere in the Merseyrail area and covers the train journey from Chester to Bache, the bus ride to the Zoo (buses are every 15 minutes, with a journey time of approximately 10 minutes) and admission, which is quite a saving considering admission alone is normally £16.45.

As well as the Merseyrail offer, Arriva Trains Wales sponsor a FREE shuttle bus, for rail ticket holders, between Chester station and the Zoo during the Summer.
